We partner with a company that searches for large Fortune 500 corporations that would like to outsource their customer service, sales or technical support positions, in which you can service.
You must complete a background check, voice assessment (admissions process) and then we will work with you to find the best fit for a client. Upon picking a client, you will secure your certification class. The certification can be anywhere from 7 days to 20 days. Most clients have blended certification, where you get service revenue while you are still in certification.
To work from home, you'll need a working computer with anti-virus software and high speed internet. Windows 10/Windows 11. Depending on the client - A land-line phone or any other digital voice service hard-wired-physical phone lines are supported. Please note that servicing a client is not permitted from cell phones, softphones (phone lines through your computer) or any other providers that do not require a hard-wired-physical phone such as: magicJack, Skype, Google Voice or Ooma. This phone line must be in place before you can start servicing a client.
As a Client Support Professional (CSP), you will pick a client, that best fits your needs. Then you will be expected to handle inbound calls from the client that you are contracted with. All of this comes with the certification class.
Enrollment starts with registering to attend the certification course for a particular client program. The enrollment process can also include completing assessments, background checks and/or drug tests prior to the start of the certification process. Once all steps have been completed and the new registrant, he or she has completed the enrollment process.
