We partner with a company that searches for large Fortune 500 corporations that would like to outsource their customer service, sales or technical support positions, in which you can service.
You must complete a background check, voice assessment (admissions process) and then we will work with you to find the best fit for a client. Upon picking a client, you will secure your certification class. The certification can be anywhere from 7 days to 30 days. Most clients have blended certification, where you get service revenue while you are still in certification.
To work from home, you'll need a working computer with anti-virus software and high speed internet. Windows 10/Windows 11. A land-line phone or any other digital voice service hard-wired-physical phone lines are supported. Please note that servicing a client is not permitted from cell phones, softphones (phone lines through your computer) or any other providers that do not require a hard-wired-physical phone such as: magicJack, Skype, Google Voice or Ooma. This phone line must be in place before you can start servicing a client.
As a Client Support Professional (CSP), you will pick a client, that best fits your needs. Then you will be expected to handle inbound calls from the client that you are contracted with. All of this comes with the certification class.
Enrollment starts with registering to attend the certification course for a particular client program. The enrollment process can also include completing assessments, background checks and/or drug tests prior to the start of the class. Once all steps have been completed and the new registrant has paid for the course, he or she has completed the enrollment process and is ready to attend the certification course.
What does it mean to complete all certification requirements and pass a course? To complete all certification requirements and pass a course means the agent has successfully completed a certification course for a client program, e.g., attending class, completing self-paced work, passing all quizzes/exams, and, if applicable, completed the certification Statement of Work (SOW). Once the business has been offered a production SOW, all certification requirements are considered complete.
Similar to becoming a Real Estate Agent and becoming certified, there is time and cost involved to become certified as a qualified Client Support Professional that can work independently from their own home office. The certification course varies, and the fee is paid to the company. Securing the certification course is to ensure you pass the necessary requirement for your certification of that client. The company provides the platform for any anonymous contractor to bid for jobs that would not be available to the everyday job seekers. If you were to apply for a customer service position at any of these companies, they would require many years of Customer service, Technical Support, and call center inbound sales experience. Our clients are all Fortune 500 companies.
Once you are accepting live calls you will begin to earn service revenue. Around every 1st and 15th of the month you will be compensated for the time you serviced via direct deposit, if those dates fall on the weekend, you will be paid the Friday before or the Monday after. From the 1st to the 15th, you will receive compensation on or around the 1st and from the 16 to the end of the month you will be compensated on or around 15th of the following month.
